I would come here again, everything was lovely. The property is comfortable with great facilities not far from buses and trains, the seafront and the centre of Brighton. The proprietor has created a QUIET environment, that's a pleasure to be in. The apartment is convenient, close to bus stop.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming bungalow. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden. The room was cosy and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The service was impeccable, with the helpful host always available to answer any questions. it was a delightful experience.
One of the bedside lamps didn't work, but this was a minor issue that didn't greatly affect my stay.

loved the cozy Annex with ample room and a great patio area. The free parking was a bonus. The host was friendly and the milk in the fridge was a nice touch after a long drive. Would definitely stay here again.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

our stay was truly beyond expectation. the accommodation was lovely, cosy, and well-equipped. the design and decor of the space were well thought out and very pretty. the bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. we especially appreciated the owner providing streaming services on the television. overall, it exceeded our previous stay in Brighton and we can't wait to come back.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, with easy access to the town center via a nearby bus stop. The stunning garden is a great spot to relax, and the host is helpful and quick to respond.
The bedroom mirror could have been cleaner and there was some dust under the bed.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy bungalow. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center by bus. The staff, especially John, were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of pastries.

The value for money at this bungalow was excellent, with a comfortable and spacious room, free parking, and even a pint of milk in the fridge upon arrival. The location was convenient, close to a good bus route, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Lovely Little Stay. The room was perfect for a couple and a child, though the pull-out couch for my mum wasn't the most comfortable. The location was great, with restaurants and shopping nearby, and a quick bus ride to The Lanes and the Pier. Parking was available right outside the house, although the narrow lane made it easier for smaller cars. The host was amazing, always available and easily reachable for any questions we had.
Although the property could use some cleaning and updates, it served its purpose for our one-night stay. The bedding and towels felt cheap, and the bed itself was uncomfortable.
